Royal Pets will arrange a FREE initial visit to your home to:

• Meet you and your pet;
• Get detailed information about care;
• Customize your pets visiting schedule and services performed;
• Sign the Service Agreement;
• Pick up the key (We recommend you to make a spare key for sitter).

Payment is due before service starts.

Full refund is issued only if service is cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled start.

While performing the service the sitter will:

• Arrive on time for every visit;
• Perform every scheduled service with love and care;
• Leave detailed report about performed services and your pet's behavior.
